Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process Import / Export shipments for an assigned base of accounts
- Prepare full set of shipping documents e. g. BLs/ arrival notice, manifest, and pre-alerts to clients
- Provide excellent and timely customer service by pro-actively informing agents /clients of the status of their shipments
- Allocating reference for arrived shipments
- Prepare export permits
- Manifest Full Container Load (FCL) and/or Loose Container Load (LCL) then forward them to Shipping Lines
- Confirmation of Bill of Lading (BL)
- Develop and maintain excellent service to internal and external customers at all times
- Reply to overseas inquiries in a clear, concise and timely manner
- Receive customers’ instruction, liaise with customers and input data into the system
- Prepare Delivery Order and Container Guarantee and Container Refund
- Generate Forwarding and Brokerage Monthly Report (Worksheet)
- Issue Job Order to arrange for transportation/trucking
- Monitor delivery/trucking schedule
- Coordinate billing to Shipping Lines
- Record booking to clients
- Confirm booking to agents
- Prepare billing to customers
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
- Fresh Graduate can apply. Preferred at least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Preferably 1-3 years of experience specializing with Import/Export Shipment, Documentation, Freight Forwarding and Logistics/Supply Chain
- Must be a team player and willing to work in a fast paced environment
- Self-motivated with positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent English language communication skilss – both verbal and written

Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience specializing in Sales in Freight Forwarding Industry
- Required Skill(s): Selling skills, Marketing skills, Communications skills
- Pleasing personality, team player
- Willing to work in Manila (Intramuros)
